Here is the email that I sent to him prior to getting a response from him. I don't think I'm being rude or mean. What do you guys think?

Harold sounds like he works on the production line and doesn't really talk to customers that often. Folks like that often don't want to be bothered with questions. They just see hundreds of orders that are waiting to be manufactured and think answering questions slows that process down. I think you are correct that he was trying to get you to remove yours.

Well, its 8:06 PM ET and I'll just consider myself trolled by the over watchers at UPS. It still at this moment says: "Estimated Delivery, Friday, November 12 between 1:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M". They really need to work on their computer system. Maybe they'll take advantage of my M1 Max's machine learning while they have it? Reminds me of when I was a kid and I'd call up a friend to see if they wanted to come over and play, and they'd say the'd be there at such and such time but then never showed up.

I just checked all future flights coming in at my local airport and don't see any through Monday scheduled for UPS. One or two FedEx arrivals, but no UPS.

I'm guessing I won't see this till mid week.

Remember…… I had an order with them. I eventually cancelled and went elsewhere. Funny thing. They only refunded the cost of the sleeve, not the full cost of the order which was charged to my card. I ended up eating the taxes. That’s when I got disgusted with them as a business.
It's illegal to collect taxes that aren't paid to the authorities of jurisdiction. They aren't going to pay taxes on orders that didn't ship. Just saying...

Supposedly, Jolien & Harold are business partners, at least that’s the way it reads on their website.

Harold is the guy running the show for the company. He deals with the order, customer requests, anything that has to do with the order he’s in charge of that. Think of it as an operations manager.

Ahh, delayed in scanning. As long your 💻 is in Kentucky by Sunday it will most likely be at your door step on Monday. The UPS flights will be appearing on Sunday. I think Monday is the targeted date for your delivery :)

I had the 16-inch delivered today, but I ordered the 14-inch and it's not supposed to get here until late December. I did previously order the 16-inch a month ago, but I cancelled the order. I wonder if Apple didn't cancel somehow on their end? Now that I'm using the 16-inch, I love it...
Yay! Congratulations! Hope you enjoy your Mac :) woo hoo!!!

Could be on one this flight. Expect to receive an arrival scan to Louisville, Kentucky within 3-4 hours from right now.

Everyone. I can’t wait any longer for my 14” 10 core 32gb 1TB pro! I had a lower model but returned to upgrade a bit more. I want my MacBook! Currently using my MacBook Pro 13 retina and it still is very good to be honest! But I want my new MacBook ugh! Dec 13-20 now

So my saga continues… In a good way! As I posted earlier, my 16” M1 Max/64GB/4TB had its delivery window changed from November 3-10 to 10-17 to 12-19 and was still processing. Contacting Apple CS turned out to be very productive. When I first contacted them, they acknowledged production and shipping delays, said it would ship soon. Then seeing how my delivery date had slid twice they tried to find one in store inventory or destined for stock that was the same or close match, I needed the 16” Max w/64GB but would take other storage options or silver vs space grey. No luck there.

…But then I got a follow up email from the customer service guy I was talking to. Letting me know that I’ll have a shipping notice in the next couple hours. I figured, hey that’s cool, but I wasn’t expecting what else I got. I received an email confirming my new Apple order for a 16” MBP just as I had configured and another email confirming the cancelation of my original order. And a shipment notice for the new order! Anyway it’s weird, but my account is showing the new MBP order as shipped and I have a tracking number. Not yet scanned by FedEx, but I’m viewing this as real progress. I’m also assuming that something about my order was funky, hence why it was canceled and replaced with a new order in the system. Or perhaps this is a unit that was destined for stock inventory and they had to create a new order to grab it for me. Hmmm.. Now I can join the rest of you fine people who are watching FedEx tracking. Yay.

Look for flights leaving Louisville and landing in your city. If its a direct flight coming or it could be coming through a truck. I have a feeling you'll get your Mac on Monday.
