that picture tells you everything you need to know: the 16" is the winner. I had forgot how much better the extra screen size is when working. I am coming from a 13" MBP M1 and a 14" MBP M1(although for just one week) and the 16" is the clear winner

If my measurements are correct it is about 5.5" to the bottom of the keyboard & 9.5" to the top of the keyboard.
If Apple puts heating coils in the trackpad it could be useful for warming coffee or as a tray table aka @LFC2020
