Yep. This is coming from Kansai. Sennan is a district in Osaka, where RJBB (Kansai Int'l) is. From there, there is a nonstop to Memphis. Both FDX90 and FDX5078 have nonstop runs from Kansai to Memphis.



Definitely not FDX1434. That's a daily from Memphis to Dulles.

I live close to Dulles International airport - and Fedex has alot flight to Dulles Airport- if Fedex says I could get it Wednesday - it could be on its way from Japan to Memphis then to Dulles then to me - I know the flight from Memphis to Dulles is not that long I still could get probably Sometime Wednesday - or Friday - so far it still says on time - since I live in Vienna, Virginia and Dulles is my Airport- they could of probably missed couple scans also since my tracking has not changed that much - I do know its available for clearance

Ahh.. that would explain FDX1434 then. Your flight would go ZSPD - RJBB - KMEM - KIAD. From there, it goes to your FDX distro center, then delivered. If I remember about FDX, due to the shopping option selected, you may not be able to request to pick it up, so it will have to be delivered.

64GB, 1TB, M1 Max. LOL, Apple estimates tomorrow, however, it's still in Memphis. I saw some ppl on Reddit saying FedEx gave the scheduled delivery date which is Wednesday. But I didn't receive any update.

You can request to pick it up, at least Apple can do that for you. I talked to an Apple specialist, and she said she help me with the pickup option.

I know that you can for UPS at any time, but because of the shipping option selected by Apple, I didn't know if you could pre-empt the delivery and pick it up at their distribution center. For some of their shipping options, they will not release it until the day of the scheduled delivery, despite if the shipment makes it to the destination town a day or more earlier than expected. That's always been the one thing that has ticked me off about FDX..

But I did some research, watched videos, did some of my own testing and even having several tabs open in the browser (which I do often), some decent sized programs, and high level multitasking, I was already using the swap. Granted, swap on these machines is so fast you wouldn't even really notice, but it's still not part of the unified memory (of which the graphics also share). As programs get larger over the years, pretty much normal every day stuff will go over 16GB and use the swap. If you want a safety zone for unified memory (especially since it is shared for the GPU) then I would say 32GB is the moderate to heavy user sweet spot if you have the money. If you don't have the money, then 16GB will be absolutely fine and you won't even really notice any difference. But with the 32, if you ever do need it there down the road, it will be there. These machines are not upgradable. So considering the high cost, a few hundred more is worth it so that you have the completeness you need. Just my opinion.

So, I returned my 16GB and upgraded to the 32GB (same 14" and 1TB ssd). Had to wait an extra month for it, but worth it to me if I am going to keep this for a few years. Just got charged. Apple's delivery dates are happening way sooner than expected.

I did the exact same thing… now still waiting. Not so patiently… but will be worth it I’m sure!

Received today and she’s all setup, customized, etc. 14” is the perfect size, I’m coming from 2016 15” MacBook Pro and am already liking the added portability.

Super snappy, screen is flawless, and the design is beautiful.

My trade in kit has shipped from FedEx but nothing yet on my actual MacBook 14”.

My order says shipped now but still not showing up in UPS or FedEx. Not by reference either.
