You are not alone.
UPS Tracking number sent to me on 11/19 via Apple. Still no updates and still not in the UPS system. It appears that any MacBook that is being shipped via UPS to North America, US and Canada, (I havent seen any post on orders going to Mexico) are all experiencing the exact same thing. Extremely frustrating. If it would have actually shipped on Friday / Sunday (Monday in China), there is a good shot that many us of would have our MacBooks by Friday. Even considering the Thanksgiving Holiday.
I have ordered things for the last 19 months from eBay, Etsy, etc. and never experience something like this. This, being a tracking number sent to me and then it never get placed in the shipping system.
So just called Apple and UPS again (twice today 11/24/21).
Apple - according to our recording your package was picked up by UPS and we have a delivery number to confirm (I wrote down the delivery number). Call UPS and talk to them.
UPS - we have no information regarding your tracking number. We have not picked up any package and currently do not have a pick address in our system, so we don't even know where / when to pick up your package.
Apple - they are escalating my issue to a manager. Not sure if that will really do anything at this point because even if it shows up in the UPS today, there is no way I gets from China to Oregon before next week. But I guess it is the best I can hope for at this point.
