A few of us have been stuck in Memphis for days.
Ordered on 10/29 as well. 16” Max, 32 core, 64GB, 2TB.
Still in processing. 14-21 Dec delivery
Same config but 4TB, ordered on Oct 19th! Original date was Nov 17-25, pushed to Jan 5-12 ??
Yup, ordered on Oct 19th, 64GB maxed out with 4TB storage. Original delivery was Nov 17-25, pushed to Jan 5-12. I may end up canceling if it really takes that long. Starting to lose interest and by that point might want to wait for rev2.

That was my config - 16" Max, 32c GPU, 64GB, 4TB. Ordered October 18, delivered November 18. Thought it was hard to wait a month.
Have you contacted Apple just to check on it? I called Apple after my delivery window changed for the 2nd time. I don't know if they did anything or not, but they said they would try to expedite it. I figured that just meant shipping, which I did get the FedEx Expedited, meaning priority for customs and overnight delivery once cleared state-side. But after speaking with them, I had preparing to ship within a couple hours and shipped not long after. They thought my order got hung up in the system and I've seen a couple others in this massive thread report the same. May be worth a call. Of course the supply chain is a huge mess and holiday shopping and shipping is in full swing...
Yeah, I called them. They placed it in priority queue, 2 weeks ago. No movement so far.

Apple order page, after showing arrival date of Dec 6 since shipping notice email, now back to showing date range of Dec 9 - 16. Now I'll chill and just wait for scans to show it arrive in the US before I get hyped again. It just sucked being in the dark these past 5 days. Glad this thread exists and I was allowed to whine about it, hahahaha.

I received mine today. Thought I'd update for those who are going through the "clearance delay - import" thing. Mine arrived in Memphis on Tuesday last week and immediately went into "clearance delay - import" even though another person's on here from the same plane cleared immediately and was delivered to him on the next day! I'm not sure why mine was delayed.
Apple continued to say it would arrive by Friday last week. When I contacted them (via chat) I was told not to worry and that it would still arrive on Friday. It did not. On Friday I got an email from Apple stating that it appeared that my item was delayed but essentially that it would arrive soon. The fedex site always had my delivery date as "Pending," though I could see in the shipment facts that it was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday last week.
There were no further updates until Saturday at approx 5 PM central when I saw that it had cleared customs. The date remained pending but eventually changed to Monday (today) before 1. It then moved to "in transit". The date continued to be Monday. Sunday early evening I saw it was actually in my state (yay).
This morning when I woke up I checked tracking and the part where it said it was in my state was erased and instead it said it cleared customs at 5 AM in Memphis! The delivery date changed to pending. But then at approx 9 AM it was "on the truck for delivery." The delivery date stayed "pending" all day (but the apple site said today). I figured it wasn't going to arrive today since it said "pending," but it showed up around 3.
Long story short, mine was delayed for only 3 days past when I was scheduled to receive it per Apple. It was stuck in the clearance delay - import status from Tuesday to Saturday. I wanted to update that here because I did a lot of searches and only found bad news (like people waiting months eek).
Very strange that there is no signature required though so Fedex just placed it outside my garage.
I hope the rest of you get yours soon! It felt like a black hole there for awhile with no info.

That is kind of strange since I order mine on October 19, and it was delivered on Nov. 24
I got the 16 inch (m1 max (the top one) with the 64gb unified memory and 1TB
I was surprised when Fedex delivered mine and it did not require a signature - I thought fedex was going to start asking for a signature since I got a email saying that we are going to start requiring a signature - or maybe since they are in a busy season now I think like are like lets not get signatures I think which makes the them deliver packages faster since they don't have to wait for someone to sign for the package.
Or I think this could be something if you have like Manage my Delivers or UPS my Choice and you have selected package release and you authorized just leaving the package on by the door
My 16" M1 Pro 32GB 2TB is in Shanghai - late Sunday night it had "Picked up - scheduled for export" but no additional scans since then. how long do people stay in this? Carrier: Fedex
