Dammit, LOL. I knew better, but still, got my hopes up. Checked a little bit ago, and status changed. Made no sense to me that it showed delivery date of today but not "out for delivery" on the timeline. Oh well, back to my Mon Dec 6 expectation.

For those of you who have MBP's on the way to you via FedEx, mine just went from Anchorage to Indianapolis. Did I somehow dodge the Memphis bullet, or will it be heading to Memphis next?

I'm in same boat, now in Memphis from Oakland and I have a 12/8 delivery date....

It should still be on its way to Memphis, especially if it hasn’t had the clearance scan. It can’t head hour way until the clearance scan is done.

I thought I’d dodged the Memphis bullet as well, but it got me… it seems to me - just from following this thread - that the Memphis FedEx hub is where the customs clearance happens for international shipments. So, I guess they pretty much all end up there before heading out to final delivery.

Ughhhh! It’s almost there. Would have been nice if the delivery was made. Hang in there! Its worth the wait.
 
My M1 Max is finally coming Monday, SO EXCITED! Was in an Apple Store today getting my AirPods replaced as part of the repair program (mine failed so now have to wait for a replacement to arrive) and was struck by how thick it DIDN'T feel to me. Very much reminded me of the 2015 models in terms of look and weight. The true 2015 successor!

Ordered a 16” SG M1 Max, 32GB, 2TB on Nov 17. Received shipping notification this morning (UPS) with a delivery date of Dec 12. I just received the AppleCare+ Proof of Coverage email and it is showing a “Coverage End Date“ of December 06, 2024. Fingers crossed that delivery will happen this Monday (Dec 6) instead of the 12th!

I agree! You are going to love the design. It is heavy but not too heavy. Still enjoying using my MacBook Pro!

Memphis Hub is FedEx's motherland. Basically, all international shipment goes through the custom clearance from there.

For those that have a January delivery date for a 64 GB machine - do you think there's any chance those will come in a bit earlier than the current estimate? I've got a maxed out 16" M1 Max that's currently slated for Jan 14-27. (Ordered late on Nov 18). I just got my 14" this past Friday (YAY!) and have been setting it up. It's a great size - but I've got FOMO on the larger screen. If the 16" doesn't come until Jan 14, then I can't return the 14" if I decide the larger machine is the way to go.

Sure hope so… I’ve got a 12/23-30 date myself on a 14” 64GB M1 Max. Ordered Nov 5th. Zero movement so far. ? Just hope it doesn’t get pushed back.

I have the same configuration and for the same AC+ coverage letter . Mine is set to deliver by December 14th. Is your tracking number working yet ?

My tracking number isn’t working yet. But seeing how many people have had delays with FedEx, I’m hoping UPS is much better.

Mine is DHL and it’s in Cincinnati the past two days for customs so hopefully they will release it Sunday so it can move on and get delivered Monday or Tuesday.
