Well I'll be awake to see 12am pst but I can't recall the Apple store being updated that early? I usually wake up at 5am and its back up
I honestly have no idea... But I'm up working anyway, so I figure I might as well hit 'reload' every few seconds while I'm at it.
I'd say it's a lot more likely that it would go up at midnight PST, rather than midnight EST (which is 15 minutes from now), but you never know.ok guys... but seriously.... lets suppose that tomorrow its the day... but... if it really is.. shouldnt we already have a lot of leaked information by now???? or how leaked information floods a day before an apple new release!???
According to macrumors records in other past "new releases..." how accurate can we be now...

If it were to be midnight (which I doubt) it would be PST, just because Apple are based in San Fransisco which is PST
Just because we haven't had HEAPS of leaked info, it doesn't mean its not true. I mean, isn't the point to keep it safe - maybe Apple succeeded..
Plus, we have had a little bit - date speculation, "brick", alimumium cover etc...
Rumored for MWSF but they showed up early. Not that they weren't in need of an update at the time.

but i'd still be spewin' if i bought one and they upgraded right after.
So what happens if nothing happens? Anyone want to take bets as to what will happen at 12? What about 9am Pacific time? What about Sept. 30th?

It seems alot of Best Buy's are out of MacBooks... Even more reason to believe that tomorrow is it.
I dunno. Personally I find it unusual that Apple would introduce completely re-designed laptops without an event.

You would think that they would hold an event, but 2 events in a month is strange even for Apple. And plus the media's response to the Lets Rock event held not long ago was negative, so maybe they pulled the plug on another event.

I tend to agree. How late have these last-minute rumors been? I seem to recall one some time ago that was in the early hours of the morning…

Exactly. My Best Buy searches for this area produced mixed results, but enough stores are out of MBs and MBPs in this area that I still don't feel too discouraged by my findings. Come on, clock!!!!

I hope others are feeling it! My theory is that Apple wouldn't let there be no stock for long, they'd be losing out on $$$
