Yeah... sorry about even mentioning the possibility of that happening! Even thinking about getting a dud after this week of anticipation saddens me deeply.. 😱 I'm sure both of our machines will be in pristine and flawless condition! 😀
How quickly does the tracker update - if its delivered, does it show up instantly or take a while?
Just wondering whether to go check my pidgeonhole, or wait until it tells me!!

Guys... got my macbook this morning...
Freakin disappointed!!! After such a long wait, they gave me one with Faulty Screen. There's huge "Ink-like" marke on the screen !!!
darn... i'll have to wait for a replaceNENT!!!!!
called them, alreadty spent over 30 minutes on phone, and type this messeage when "on hold"

Man really sorry to hear that man. Hope you don't give up on it though. It is a truly awesome machine. It is seriously fast! I didn't use to believe most people who said Safari renders faster on Intel machines. Now I can't deny it anymore..hehe..Safari is faster on my macbook than even my Dual Core Power Mac.EricChunky said:

One thing I would say is that the screen is very nice in terms of contrast / brightness etc. But very small in size. But it is what you get if you want a small notebook.

Hey, does anyone know if you can change the location of the delivery? (Ie; from home back in London to university (Cambridge)..it's just that I would rather know if anynthing is wrong with it early on before the 14days than later...😱

Isn't tomorrow a holiday in many countries? It is here in Norway at least, and I thought it was in the Netherlands too? I'm sure that TNT won't deliver here in Norway as it is a holiday, but I sure hope that my package will be shipped from NL tomorrow anyway... My shipment has the same status as yours.erickg said:

While TNT doesn't deliver on weekends, they do transport stuff (i.e. I've had things ship from Apple in the Netherlands on Friday evening and arrive Monday morning), so hopefully this also applies for holidays. Still keeping my fingers crossed for Friday. 🙂

even though my macbook is propperly in the same batch as tame, erickg and dr. leo I hope it won't ship till friday cause then I won't miss tnt's first atempt to deliver it to me! and also knowing that others aren't getting theirs while I have to be out of town working is somehow nice! 😛
