Nothing special, works like you'd expect. Maybe intended for touch screens, but feels good enough on track pad that I wouldn't look into it.

Base M1 Pro 14" here, working fine! About as speedy as MacOS 26.5. There are some weird issues with windows not staying in place, as well as some other glitches that feel natural for a first beta. so if you're using it for anything more than web browsing, I'd probably hold off.

I can't proceed past this, tried many things. Is this what you get when you have Rosetta 2 installed? If so i'll remove it

Ah. MacOS [currently] has two-finger tap.
- Two finger tap on an empty area of the page in Safari and select reload page from the menu.
Now we have just swipe down.

Minor bug fix: The Shortcuts icon in the menu bar (which, I suspect, isn't something most people have) now stays where it was last put, rather than always going to the first icon on the left.

Well, I’ve made.a huge mistake.
I updated both my Macbook Pro and my Mac Mini at the same time.
Now none of them have Internet connection. The connect to the DHCP and get assigned an IP address, but a ping to the router gets “No route to host” and I can’t use any online service.
In the Mac Mini I’ve tried Wi-Fi, the Ethernet port and a Thunderbolt dock, with no luck.
I was about to go to bed and now I’m going to spend what I’m afraid will be a long time trying to fix it, looking for possible solutions on my iPad. Wish me luck 🙂
BTW: It seems Golded Gate has a new affordance to take into account the notch on my Macbook Pro. It shows left pointing arrows instead of getting abruptly cut off and, if you click on them, the menu bar items expand to the left of the notch.

Often, when people post about WiFi or network access, it turns out they were using third party tools to block access, such as Little Snitch, which are so embedded in the OS that they always break on major new releases.

Also seeing the same. Was unable to download using `softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer` (it gave some kind of gatekeeper error), and was unable to install using the InstallAssistant.pkg package downloaded directly from Apple (Got some kind of "Failed to personalize software update" error).
I'm guessing they're all stemming from the same issue...but I just don't know what that issue is.

Tabs resolved when I toggled dark/light mode!
On my MacBook Air M5 I can now select a higher resolution with my LG 40WP95C ultrawide 40" 5K2 display. Previously the max resolution was 3008x1269, but now I can select up to 5120x2160, all in HiDPI!
