Yeah, I’m currently trying to erradicate Little Snitch and ProtonVPN. They don’t like it.Often, when people post about WiFi or network access, it turns out they were using third party tools to block access, such as Little Snitch, which are so embedded in the OS that they always break on major new releases.
Edit: If you uninstall the apps, they leave some extensions behind. If you go to Settings -> General -> Login items & Extensions -> Extensions, you don't have the option to remove the leftover extensions.
UNLESS: You click on the "By Category" sorting option. Then, if you go to the "Network Extensions" section, there is a small three dots icon that allows you to remove the extension.
