BTW, it's kind of fun to do a search of your very first post here on MR.

Mine was back in 2008 about some case for the iPhone 3GS.😁

I first heard about MacRumors when I was in training as a seasonal Mac sales associate in 2007. They told us never to visit “any rumor sites like MacRumors.” I didn't even know they existed!

Happy Birthday!

You definitely deserve an apple pie.

I was reading this site since nearly the very beginning and made an account in 2002. I bought the first iPod and first iMac G4. I’ve always gotten gen 1 products on or shortly after release date. Yes, I have an Apple Vision Pro and it’s the best product I've had since iPhone 1. I’m 50 now… where’s the time gone?

From the iPod forum: "iPoop... iCry. I was so hoping for something more."

This quote sums up every Apple product announcement.

I've entered the Apple world only a few days before, on Christmas 1999, with an iMac G3 as the first household computer ever while I was in grade school.
Magical times. There were lots of limitations, but still, magical times.

i think i first started visiting here around 2008. not an OG but been visiting for a long time.

my first apple product was the original iPod Nano but I don't think i came here back then. my first Mac was the late '08 unibody macbook redesign and my first iPhone was the 3G so i guess that's about when I started coming here. i remember when the iPad launched and it was just a big iPod touch. antenna-gate on here was fun.
Literally same!~

First product: iPod classic 80GB - 2007

2008 ...Found MacRumors and was super thankful for the forum!

First Mac: MacBook Aluminum - 2008
First iPhone - iPhone 3G Black 8GB
First iPad - iPad 2 Cellular - 2011
