Apple TVs are still reporting 24 hour shipping times. :(

I was hoping for a hardware update.

I've got a lump of money just ready to shove into Apple's mouth.

LMAO! Whatever they release I will want (assuming it is some sort of laptop), but the problem is what to do with my mint condition only-few-month-old SR MBP?

And this picture:

because on the lower right hand side there is a small banner which clearly says "system software" when you zoom in on that text and then a strange brown logo....

What could this mean?

I don't believe that sign says "system software". After browsing through the exhibitor list for a good match, it looks like it says "Synium Software". The logo looks similar to that company's MacFamilyTree software. www.synium.de

I've never heard of them before.

New Spy Photo!!!

The real truth behind the word "Air." It's called an AirPod...
They need to do something about that vapor trail.

Maby the "system software" is just a rack with the current software they have or something like that

If Apple makes an iplane and microsoft makes the xplane or the zplane. Which would you rather fly? Would microsoft's plane crash and shut down in mid air, would it run vista?. And could the apple plane use boot camp technology to switch between the two. Much like the transformers.:eek:

air means online services

Hi,

the guys from macapps.de think that air has someting to do with online services:

macapps.de

What do you think?

SirStevus

iphone 2

something in the air + ipod ads = iphone 2

there is a lot of other reasons to defend this standpoint like:

biggest of which is that apple must have known that saying something in the air would get peoples hopes up and they dont want to disappoint and lower stock price

they need a new model if they want to sell 10 million by the end of the year (most people who will buy one probably already have)

there are a million other reasons but think about it
i know it is wishful thinking but still...

I was thinking

what if the ultrathin rumours are more like a remote display - with limited onboard storage that works with your desktop. On the go it uses a simpler interface like the ipod at home it allows you to use a vnc type client, optimized to have function to your main machine.

The price point could be low, between the ipod touch and the lowend macbook...

in the air could be the connection to your main machine.

Just a thought
