"The new Keynote remote -- it's an app on your iPhone or touch, and it talk wirelessly to your Mac. If you have it set up in a vertical mode it shows your slide, and horizontal, it shows two, and you just flick your finger to move through."

now this is something i've been waiting for!

iwork '09 now... i am ready for hardware:mad:

Yeah. I so wanted to iWork to work for me when numbers came out. Unfortunately it wasn't even close to work in the longer run, so I dumped it.

A recap:
Here is iLife: It's great, and we have an inbuilt revenue stream. Even iPhoto is now tied firmly into iTunes.

Our second bet is that our new iWork with some new gimmicks will sell it to you lemmings, and of course we have an inbuilt revenue stream with iTunes involved (just wait and see).

It doesn't really matter guys, its just a keynote. Use Engadget and Gizmodo, thats what I'm doing. Shame though, was the best feed.

The new iLife looks pretty good and the lessons are awesome!

Yes, me too. But, I wonder how dependent it will be on your Mac. Let's cut out the "middle-man" here.

Agreed. I wonder how many new revenue streams are going to come out of this Keynote.

I tuned in hoping for some new hardware and it's all upgrades for software I either rarely or never use now.

Gimme at least a new mouse or something. My girlfriend bought me an Apple gift card for Christmas and I'm ready to take it off the refrigerator and use it.

full screen view is a new feature"

Haha, seriously? Bean, a slightly upgraded version of Text Edit has that. Man, I'm so sold!!

As someone stated above iTunes Plus has been updated. Now showing iTunes plus upgrades for 26 of my songs. Fall Out Boy - Infinity on High, Fall out boy - I Don't Care and Razorlight (album) by Razorlight

Were you able to browse the iTunes store from an iPhone on 3G before today? I didn't think so, and I can browse it now. I'm at work and without headphones otherwise I'd see if I can preview and download something

MacRumorsLive was definitely the best stream.. Live updating without page reloads.. Fast even on my dial-up connection.. *sigh*

I'm using http://live.macnn.com/ as a backup. It does an annoying 30 second reload but otherwise it's a format very similar to MRL.
