Markie0284 - since quite a few of us are curious, can you break down how you did your desktop? I for one am curious about Adium and the black system bar at the top of the screen

My attempt at replicating that awesome desktop. With a few tweaks. And some parts are missing. I would like to know the font used on the GeekTool clock, the BowTie theme, and how did you make your menubar black, if you may reveal the secret Oh, and I loved the wallpaper. Sure. First of all, you'll need an App like CandyBar. WHich is the one I used but it's not free. I know there are other apps out there that are free and do the same thing, but I don't know any names, so I won't be able to help you on that one.
You will also need to make your dock transparent before doing anything to it. So, I used Mirage, which is very simple.
Now make the dock, you just need GeekTool, where you will use it to create an empty shell in black colour, so you can use it as a background for the dock. You can set the opacity to your liking.
Then, just have to download the Icon Set from the creator, and apply them with CandyBar to your dock.
