Sounds like you're tired from Marvel content. I think a lot of people's expectations (not saying yours) of Marvel Studios' projects post Endgame was supposed to be on the same level as Endgame. Clearly those people are delusional and have set themselves up for failure. Have the Disney+ content been great? No, I think some shows were much better than others. Part of it possibly had to do with pandemic shutting down production for a long time.

Moon Knight is definitely different from the other projects and honestly feels like a stand alone series. But with subtle tie-ins post Endgame, I understand where this series fits within the MCU timeline. IMO, I think Oscar Isaac is killing it as a Marc Spector and doing a great job emphasizing Spector's personality disorder. With one episode left, I think the series will end on a good note.

Moon Knight finale Wednesday and then Doctor Strange 2 releasing Friday...Looking forward to see how Raimi explores the multiverse. We got a taste in No Way Home...I'm ready for the full course multiverse meal. Add in the rumors that they added more cameos to the film...Curious how Raimi will do. IMO, MoM will be better than NWH story wise, but not box office numbers compared to NWH.

And I'm curious on your thoughts on Spider-Man:No Way Home. After re-watching the movie, I think I enjoyed the movie the moment Osborn turned against Peter.
Actually I’m looking forward to the following arcs Guardians of the Galaxy, Dr. Strange, and Ms. Thor. :D But I’m bracing myself for disappointment.

As far as Spider-Man I’ll tell you up front, I preferred Toby McQuire and that arc, and the constant reboots suck when you are vested in the original trilogy. For NWH, see Post in thread 'What Movie Are You Watching?'

I don’t demand agreement. :)

Seems like the initial reviews are pretty good and Raimi brings in his horror side to the MCU. Looking forward to it. Got tickets for Thursday night and then a re-watch on IMAX on Friday lol.

Finale of Moon Knight was solid.
I have to read up on Moon Knight, so being introduced to Jake Lockley is all new to me. I liked how they ended the series open ended with the acknowledgement that he's simply roaming around the MCU and can be used in the future. Hopefully Oscar Isaac does return to the role down the line.

I got spoilt for MoM via Twitter, people were posting screen photos from the premiere

I think I did too. Pretty annoyed by it. But I hope there is more to the film that has yet to be spoiled. I hope.
I imagine I saw some of the same posts, which annoyed me. I also thought though they excited me a little more to see how it all played out. Which made me go see the movie at a Friday matinee. It turns out it's a big moment, but how it plays out isn't such a big thing. It's more about what it sets up since it basically brings a lot of what Disney / MCU have been setting up with Disney +.

There's a bit more that isn't spoiled. I went into the movie only knowing the screen shots shown, and it doesn't ruin the movie. It just means that when that reveal happens, you aren't as blown away. In fairness Marvel actually gave that away in the trailers, it just required a sharper eye. The one thing it can't ruin, when a character rolls out and they play a certain theme song. Some in the crowd starting cheering that I think others couldn't make it out.

To me the biggest surprise doesn't happen until... The inevitable mid credit ending scene. I didn't see ANYWHERE about that, and did a double take

it was meh! I watched it on 5th May and wasn't impressed at all. It was more of Wanda movie as compared to Dr Strange. Also there was no connection to Spiderman/Loki(since Multiverse started in that). may be they show the connection later on but Dr Strange was literally in Spider-man those two must have been connected but nope!

When I saw the first Dr. Strange, I thought it was good, but it didn't knock my socks off beyond the efffects (and Wong - love me some Wong). But with Strange's appearances in the Avengers movies, he started to grow on me, especially his chemistry with Stark. I loved their snark-fests. Now I am lookng forward to seeing MOM.

I really liked him in Thor: Ragnarok.

Finally watched Dr Strange 2 MoM.
TBH, it feels more like a Wanda/Scarlet Witch movie feat. Dr Strange. The emotions, plot, and character growth, happened a lot more on Wanda. And I feel the script is not what it should've been. Poor Raimi. It's as if he couldn't just get to make purely what he wanted (especially Spiderman 3).

And what's with the illuminati? It's like they are put in last minute, but does nothing for the overall story. And then Wanda finished them off without any effort. So much for Reed, the "smartest" person and Black Bolt. They brought in Patrick Stewart/Prof X, and for what? Their appearances feel empty, and feels like a mere cameo. Unlike Tobby and Andrew in Spiderman NWH where they play important role, not just mere cameos.

Two of the titles have been updated. At this point the rest of the list serve to show what is in the pipeline.

I was referring to the dates. Most of the dates are incorrect. The movies in pipelines are correct.

@ian87w Regarding your spoiler... I think they were added in as a way to get them into the MCU... I agree, they were all taken out way to easy, however I did enjoy the way they were taken out. There was an audible gasp in the theater when

Spoiler "the shield split her in half!!!"

Well, I feel the other two,
capt Carter and the different capt Marvel
, are not bad, as I think at least they have much more action scenes, so I enjoyed them. But in the end, you can delete the whole scene involving them and the story remains the same. I love cameos, but when the cameos are wasted just like that, it feels empty.

Still better than Ralph Bohner in Wandavision though... That just made me mad... :D

Essentially the Illuminati was further world build the MCU and the multiverse. Acknowledging the fact that Richards and F4, along with the X-Men exist in that universe. IMO, it'll play out in the long run to hopefully set up Secret Wars.

It was cool to see Black Bolt in his comic gear. But majority was simply fan service.
