It's not that big one, on my opinion. Please see comparison between my current Spigen cover for 11 and the new thinner Anewsir cover for 12 Pro Max, just arrived through Amazon. The 2 are with same width , while the 12 Pro one is 8 mm longer . I did some tests and I'm convinced I can manage it without issues...

Bigger people with bigger hands like bigger phones. I bet it’s really based on someone’s size and not really anything else.
For me, it's the opposite. I'm a small person with tiny hands. There's really no phone I could ever use one-handed, so that's not a consideration for me. I love the Plus/Max size phones...switched to the bigger size the first time I could and wouldn't ever consider a smaller size phone now, I just love the screen real estate. Personal preference. It doesn't feel "big" to me at all, it just feels like my phone.
I don’t know, the mini just might be good for your little hands. Lol
Hell no, I want that big screen!
it’s not so much the dimensions that I am concerned about, it’s also the weight of the phone. When you add in a case, as most people do, your pushing upwards of 9 oz. IMO that’s just too much phone to carry around. It's not that big one, on my opinion. I did the same, and can’t see myself using a smaller phone. I’m counting down the days... 11/6 ready! For me, it's the opposite. I'm a small person with tiny hands. I put a safety pin in all of my pyjama pants to keep my phone from falling out all the time lol. My 7 fits them perfectly.. it does take up a whole pocket jeans for the most part. Might be a better phone for the ladies because they can stuff it in a purse or something. For me the pro max was too big. It was fantastic sometimes to have a large screen but it got annoying when I went out.
I had the max series phone since the 6+, I like the screen size and you can use gestures to bring the screen down to make apps easy to reach with one hand. On the home button iPhones, you can tap the home button twice to lower the iPhone apps, and now with backtap, it is even easier.
I had a 7 plus for years. Last year I bought a 11 pro Max and returned because of the weight. Was just too heavy to use comfortably for me. It always hurt my pinky finger where it rested. The 7 plus never bothered me. It was my favorite iPhone I’ve ever owned.Has anyone found that they like the size of the 6 / 7 / 8 Pro, but have since owned a 10s Max or 11 Pro and thought it was too big? I had no issue with the 7 Plus, and I know the 12 Pro Max has roughly the same overall dimensions, but some of you have me questioning whether the weight or the screen itself being taller somehow changes the formula significantly.
For me? Yeah, unfortunately they are but for many people, they are great.Hello,
My question is simple: Are Apple's "Max" models too big to be viable for everyday use?
Indeed, considering my needs and these incredible specificities, I seriously ask myself the question to acquire the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have already taken the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Compared to my iPhone X, the difference does not seem monumental (less than between a 5S and 6S+). Nevertheless, it's impossible to know if size is a daily problem. Do you have any feedback to give me about your experience?
Do the advantages in photos, videos, and especially in visual comfort make you forget the size of the phone?
I'm not used to writing a message with one hand, even with the X, and I have difficulty getting it to fit in my pocket. At this level, it won't change me. But it's clear that with a Pro Max, when you take your phone out, it's much less discreet.
What do you think about it?
