They had a lot last week. But, I ordered a 38 space gray last Saturday and still no call.
Yes I called yesterday and they said they expect shipment today.
I called today and they said they don't know when the shipment will come. Different rep different response.
I don't believe apple has shipped any of those out to customers nor to max fields as of yet. I could be wrong though. I had ordered the 42 SS w leather loop from Apple and saw no movement so instead elected to get a 42SS w black sport band, which I received from max fields this week, and then I ordered a leather loop separately from Apple. I do think the leather loops are my favorite as a band option. I hope you get your watch soon.
Just called them to check. Was told that they're going to "check inventory tonight and make calls." Hopefully this means they've received a shipment and will call us tonight to pick up tomorrow.
I would imagine any reasonable amount of time or indefinitely. She laughed when I mentioned some people would be worried they'd refund and resell. They said they don't do that. I don't think anyone is planning on leaving their watch for weeks or months
Did anyone get a call? I just called again and they said they've made all their pre order calls for the day.

I just called and asked about my 42mm SG sports and they are totally clueless. All she said is, if it came in I would have gotten a call. I then asked if she knew when it would come in and she said she has no idea.
Sounds like the same one I talked to this morning and just now. There was a younger gal who answered yesterday that actually said she'd check the back and that they expect shipment today. Again, different rep different story
If that is really true (not doubting they told you that) and you just didn't talk to someone that is totally clueless, that really sucks. Getting it from Maxfield's will take longer than getting from Apple.
Could be tired of getting lots of calls and starting to make up times... I'm sure it's not that long of a wait
I agree. I think whoever you spoke to is just totally clueless. I do believe that they have no idea what Apple is going to send them. I am sure they would love an unlimited supply of every combination available. They are at Apple's mercy.
Think her name was Angela, she told me my order was not ready and when I asked her the turnaround time, I quote "your model won't be in for another 1-2 weeks".
So they do know what models are coming in and when? Had I known then that mine would take this long id have not placed an order.
Not saying that they didn't tell you that it would 1-2 weeks but how many times have you called someplace and been told your item will not be in for x number of days and they are positive, Then you say it should have already arrived. They insist they know what they are talking about. Then within 5 minutes you get a call from someone else telling you your item is ready to be picked up and you ask when it came in and they tell you it has been sitting there for a few days.
