Just called again and spoke to a different person and they went and checked with someone else and they both said they didnt get any SG sports. It is strange that none of us have gotten calls that our watches are available to pick up.

I also asked if mine came in the last nights shipment and they checked and said that she did not see it. My order still showed as pending

Disappointing if true. Wonder what they did receive then and what they're making phone calls for

I ordered mine on 5/5. I know they had them still available as a walk in on 5/4. That is what made me decide to go there after reading that people were getting them same day. So I should have been one of the first ones to order one.

Same deal. Ordered 5/2 and they still had them for walk in at least a couple days prior.

I am thinking that either the order they got yesterday was so big and they are super slow at processing it or since none of us have gotten "the call" that they didnt get any space gray sports in yesterday. The longer none of us get calls I am starting to think they didnt get any SG sports in the shipment yesterday. WTF!!!

So confirmed? No SG Sport??:(

Called again. Explained how it seems reps are saying conflicting info. Asked to please check specifically for the sports model space gray.
She checked, and said she saw nothing.
Said they've already made all the calls for today except a couple more that are still processing.

Don't know what to say. Am thinking just canceling this order via my credit card

It's more curious how they don't know what they are getting. Don't they get a shipping manifest? Seems silly to be opening boxes like its Christmas morning. This is a business. They should know these things. Do they put an actual order in a system?

Funny you say that but it seems that's exactly how it is. Won't know till received and even when received, won't bother to really check.

What happen to the "large shipment" that they received today?

Thinking it is safe to say at this point that the "large shipment" did not include any sports space gray. More impatient waiting. At this pace they will be available in the Apple Stores before we get our orders from Maxfield's.

Can we cancel? This is becoming a bad experience.

I ordered 42m SS BSB on 5/8. No call yet. Their "Large Shipment" means hundreds of handbags and few Apple watches.

I am sure they are going to tell you no, that all sales are final. Which we all knew when we placed our orders. You can try to call your credit card that you paid with and explain to them that they told you that it would only be a few days to fulfill your order and that is the only reason you agreed to all sales are final when you placed your order. It is 50/50 what your credit card will do for you knowing that your order was "final Sale" I am sure at a certain point if our orders are not fulfilled our credit cards will help us with a charge back. I am just not sure if a week or two is enough time passed

I obviously have no clue but two thoughts for consideration

1. It could be a requirement by Apple not to list or acknowledge availability times or schedules of deliveries of specific watches. This can allow Apple to adjust shipments as needed and keep from people using Maxfield to horde particular types of watches.

2. Could simply be a way for Apple/Maxfield to keep resellers at bay. If they don't know what is coming in each day, the people paid to go in and buy watches for others won't be able to pre-sell certain models.

I doubt they received any watches in this latest "shipment". Nobody here received any call from them yet... I ordered 5/4 42mm SG.

Thanks..I probably call them next week after my 2 weeks is up and see what happens.

Tomorrow is my two weeks being that they get no shipments on weekends. If no call tomorrow evening I will call my card to try and cancel.
what they usually do is credit you immediately and then they go investigate with the merchant. At that point I can care less what Maxfield discusses with my card

Just got off the phone with my credit card company. I know even though I was told all sales are final that at a certain point I will be entitled to a refund for items never received. I spoke to a supervisor that seemed to know her stuff or she is a good BS'er. I explained how I was told by Maxfield's that I should have my orders in "a few days" and was also told that all sales are final. She said that Maxfield's has 14 days to fulfill my orders before I can do a chargeback/dispute. That 14 days is what they consider a reasonable time to fulfill an order. That is fair I have no problem with that. So if I dont have it by next Tues I will probably start a chargeback/dispute as items never received.

I will probably do the same...

I wonder if Maxfield's even places orders with Apple to fill our orders or if it is just whatever Apple feels like sending them and then they fill the orders from that.
