I ordered that exact same model on 5/4 and received no call today. I just called them to check and the woman refused to look up my order because they were 'no longer taking calls since its 20min till they close'. She said that they do process and make calls based on date ordered but still refused to look up my order. I hope I get a call tomorrow so this game with Maxfield can finally be over...
We must've spoken to the same woman. I also called and it was the same older one who never really wants to do anymore than say if we haven't called you we didn't get it. And that they made all he calls for the day
I could totally understand the no returns policy IF they were being customized and Maxfield's would not be able to resell the watches we ordered. But they could resell these watches probably in one day for the few of us that are tired of waiting and want to cancel our orders but are now being forced to dispute the charges with our credit card company instead.
I would be highly upset if someone that ordered the same exact watch after me got there's before I did. Something doesn't sound right here. I hope maybe they just didn't call everyone and tomorrow we hear something.
I called at 6:20pm and can confirm that they received a shipment today and some calls were made...
It would be messed up if u ordered the exact same model on 5/4 and someone who ordered it on 5/5 got it b4 u...
That's good news. Maybe tomorrow some of our fellow members that have waited so patiently for there 42mm SG BSB can finally have there merchandise. I'm sure I still have a few more weeks for the watch I ordered. I would be excited if I got called this week but I'm not holding my breath.
I ordered on 5/9... I better get my sh!* by this Saturday 5/23... if not.. somebody is getting sued... juss saying...

I am a little surprised though how that 5/5 order for the 42 got called before the 5/4.....
That's what's throwing me for a curve ball here. I would be highly pissed if that's the case. Again I know there is another member here maybe more only one I know of that ordered before me for his wife and he is waiting on her SB SS link if I got called before he did and I ordered after I'm sure he would be pissed. I can only imagine the person that ordered on 5/4 and someone from 5/5 jumping the line. That's not cool.
Maybe Maxfields is showing some favoritism? Maybe it's a normal client that shops there often? Did we ever think that maybe all the regular people still waiting are waiting cause they are filling higher end clientele first?
I don't think its a conspiracy and rather that it was some sort of fluke. Although I wouldn't put it past Maxfield to prioritize certain clientele. I'm planning to call at 11:30am tomorrow if I don't hear anything before then.

Are you talking about Xcellure's ordering the same Space Black SS model for himself and his wife? He ordered his on 4/29 and his wife's on 5/4 but only showed the Maxfield receipt for the wife's order on 5/4. I don't believe he provided any proof for his Maxfield order on 4/29 nor has he indicated that his wife's 5/4 order has arrived.

No what he is referring to is an order he placed for a 42mm SG BSB he originally quoted a 5/5 order placement date and that caused some confusion as several members who placed 5/4 orders didn't receive there order yet. But he says it was a simple mix up of his dates.
Just got the call for my 42mm SG BSB that I ordered on 5/4!!!
