Got the shipment notification at 6am this morning. I ordered June 9th at 8:30pm from Apple.
Reading all these, "Got my confirmation" messages is slowly making me angrier and angrier as I STILL have yet to receive mine.
In 2 hours Apple will be hearing from me and I will see about changing my order to reserved at the store. This is BS.

I THINK it has to do with when you ordered.. If you ordered early, it ships domestically using FedEX.. If you ordered late (I ordered the 12th), it ships internationally from China using UPS.
May be I am repeating the question. In the shipment notification email from apple, I could see the new number provided to me. Can I port my existing number now? Or is it too late. I did not provide the porting information while ordering the iphone. Please let me know. Thanks.
same hereI have no idea what is going on. My phone has said import scan for 10 hours and hasnt changed. Does that mean its in Alaska or still in Hong Kong. They better hurry up. Anybody else have the same thing as me.

They could ship it at 4:00 PM tonight, and you would still get it tomorrow. Everything Apple and ATT have said confirms that we'll get our phones tomorrow if we ordered before the 13th.
Mine is still "In Progress" on AT&T's site.... so I dont have a tracking number yet either, but I'm hopeful it ships soon
I literally just got the shipping email from Apple, I placed my order on the 8th. It looks like they have a bunch already in Tennessee, as my shipping info says, FEDex has picked it up in Tenn.

The day isn't over yet! The cutoff time for FedEx overnight packages is around late afternoon local time. It will get shipped.
Did anybody else have an import scan from UPS on their tracking in Hong Kong? Starting to think it wont make to my house by 10:30 tomorrow morning.

Yes, but you can pre-sign. It's not that good of an idea to do that though. If it's lost or stolen the carrier wouldn't be responsible for it.

How do I check where my phone EXACTLY is. Since early yesterday it has said Anchorage, Alaska. Can it still be there or is it on a flight here?

Seems like the folks that ordered right after the keynote are being shipped from within the states - so they're just now going out for delivery tomorrow. I'm sure you're fine. The fact that yours didn't come from China, and you haven't been able to track it for several days shouldn't make you mad.
Just received my shipping information. The email said it would be here on the 22nd but fedex says the 19th!! Apple kept their word about getting the phones to people who ordered before thursday because I ordered tuesday june 16th.
They will have kept their word when everyone who ordered gets theirs. Mine still hasn't shipped according to Apple's site. I ordered at 12:26 on 6/8.
when did you get your tracking number? I ordered sunday the 14th and got nothing yet, been sitting at prepared for shipment for days.
All are times match up. We will probably be the last flight out. Cutting it close.
That would be interesting. Wonder if they shipped some big batches to the States and we'll get shipping notices from here. BTW - I live in TN and tend to get stuff fast, there's hope for me yet.
I'm a verizon customer porting my number to the Iphone..and I requested that with my initial order.
In the email I received with the tracking number..it showed that the number on the phone will be the same number I had with verizon.
You may want to call AT&T and ask for the porting department and they can advise you as to what you can do.
