just because your tracking number didn't update doesn't mean your phone is still in some country sitting somewhere! WE WERE GUARANTEED TOMORROW, SO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW NIGHT TO COMPLAIN! sheesh. reeeelaaax for a delicate few

well, i just called UPS and they said it 100% WILL NOT come friday...They said apple shipped it too late to have it get here friday, and it is coming monday.
I am on hold with apple now..Doesnt make sense as i ordered more then 10 days ago...

i didn't know how to write that calmly haha. i've been on this thread since day one. i just want everyone to relax and enjoy the countdown to Christmas in June (tomorrow) 
I don't understand, why is yours shipping by UPS? Mine is shipping via FedEx and it's definitely coming tomorrow.

I've seen all these posts saying Apple GUARANTEED it would be here by Friday.
Considering most of us, I think, chose free shipping what kind of guarantee can they make? I mean if it isn't here on Friday, they can't refund our shipping charges. They certainly won't give us the phone for free.
Basically they can just say "oops...sorry 'bout that. Have a nice weekend."

Mine is saying the same thing im think that the tracking info is not updating right away cause if you look at the departure scan it says it left at 12:50 am midnight but when i work up yesterday morning around 10:00 am central time or around that time it was already way past midnight in China and i didnt see the departure scan update till later in the after noon same thing with the import scan too it couldnt of taken 12 hours to fly to hong kong and when i got the update of the import scan i check the time in hong kong and it wasnt even close to being around the time that it says it was scanned.
Im think the phones are already in the U.S. but the tracking info just hasnt updated for some reason.
Probably because the members of this forum are entitled to come into this thread and read it and to leave their opinions if they feel like it. You don't have to read or respond if you do not wish. It is just part of being in an online public forum that's all.
anyone in this situation? I mean, I don´t have tracking number or delivery date.....

Jerk? I think I'm more of a "voice of reason" than a jerk, especially in this aspect. It's out of sympathy, really.
Called UPS about 20minutes ago regarding my phone still listing as in Alaska, since 1:50pm yesterday.
The rep gave me the canned response that all the phones had been put on hold and should arrive tomorrow. He asked that I check the tracking status later tonight for an update. But the bad news is that he then added I should check the status in the morning and if there's still no movement to call them again.
Guaranteed by tomorrow???
Let's think about this for a sec, Ted, why would somebody put a guarantee on an iPhone shipment? Hmmm, very interesting.

Here's the way I see it, Ted. Guy puts a fancy guarantee on an iPhone shipment 'cause he wants you to fell all warm and toasty inside.

The point is, how do you know the fairy isn't a crazy glue sniffer? "Building model airplanes" says the little fairy; well, we're not buying it. He sneaks into your house once, that's all it takes. The next thing you know, there's money missing off the dresser, and your daughter's knocked up. I seen it a hundred times.

Which is why its so aggravating. We are at their mercy, but you'd hope they wouldn't screw you. If you don't get your phone tomorrow, I really don't think Apple will do anything special for you. The rep you call might say, oh sorry about that. I think that's about all they will do, say sorry. It'd be cool if we got an iTunes gift card though, say $25-50?

Mine isn't going to your location, however, my tracking information gives the same status and same arrival scan as yours.
