Blast it! I want my phone now!

My husband's phone got here at 10:00am from UPS and I'm still waiting for mine from Fedex. I have a lot to do today, bummer I have to sit at home. I called Fedex and they aren't accepting those signature papers from Apple. So, if I want my phone today, I need to wait!
Anybody else get theirs by Fedex yet?

I would HIGHLY recommend you call Apple. As the shipper, and a BIG one at that they have pull plus they might even send you another phone and have the other phone sent back to them when/of UPS finds it.
Apple must have made a harsh deadline (and paid a ton of money) with UPS to make sure the iPhones came in today.
The UPS guy just came into my work, knew my package was an iPhone and apologized it won't be here by 10:30AM. It accidentally got put on the wrong truck and is 80 miles south of me. But, so he says, a UPS employee is personally driving the phone to me and I will have it by 1PM.

Ya I got mine at 11am from Fedex. I am in New England though, came from Tennessee at like 9:30 last night.
I haven't. Mines coming FedEx and I don't really expect it until 2:30 or later. I wouldn't even be shocked if they are running late and deliver after 3pm. I'm in the DC area and I'm sure they are delivering to every other house. Ironically the mail man has come and gone.

Also to people the purchased under a different phone number that was eligible, it all activates fine.
I purchased under my wife's 2G (my old phone). But had to activate the SIM card in the new phone before transferring it over. We sold the 2g and shes going to be running the 3G now. But since I have both phones, the activation disabled her SLVR shes been carrying around for the last few days...whoops.

Called apple, said they never got "confirmation" from AT&T,
and that I'll have to wait til tomorrow for my phone.

I got mine at 9 this morning from UPS! Good thing I left out my pre-sign sheet, because there were a dozen people in my home this morning and no one heard the doorbell :S... at least I got it though. I still have not received my other one from Fedex, but I expect to see it around noon!
FYI for those of you that are at work and used the "pre-sign" with UPS. It worked for me. I left the signed form on my door and marked the "immediate neighbor" option and I just got confirmation that my neighbor signed for it.

UPS guy said he was glad I was home because they were told not to accept the signature authorization. They wanted a live person to sign for it.
