I was in the exact same situation as you this morning. Took me about 10 minutes, and then you'll get a message from AT&T on your iPhone letting you know you're all set.
Finally receive mine about 30 minutes ago. Still waiting for activation. Hopefully they will get it sorted soon!
what would you have done if he went passed the 'countdown' times? its not like you get your money back 🙄
Nothing yet, and the guy has about 5mins to get to me. My cousin's fedex ground package came earlier at 2:30 but that was it. Talk about teasing me!

Wow it didn't take me any time at all to activate in store, and this was 7 am on the west coast. This is in addition to porting a number from tmo.

For anyone who had a "various sim" shipped and no tracking number, mine JUST arrived so don't lose all hope just yet.
I have my Jawbone ear piece connected... but for whatever reason the audio for all calls made and received are by default done by iPhone. Both Jawbone as well as Speaker are options (which do work when selected). How do I make my Jawbone the default answering device?
Uhm, a little less than that but not by much. Overall quick and painless. Att already has all my online stuff setup and everything so that's nice.

FINALLY -- I really thought UPS wasn't going to come...but it's here! and it's magnificent :-D
My last tracking update was 6 AM and it was only an hour away...they finally got it here at 6:30 PM with no more tracking updates in between. I was already accepting the fact that I'd have to wait till Monday 😉

mine was literally 5 seconds..i plugged it into itunes and it already knew i was porting a number and it asked for billing zip code and last 4 digits of SSN and after those were typed in and pressed continue, a message on my iphone showed up saying it was activated!

I had to leave town for a family emergency. I'm currently two states away and UPS already tried to deliver once.
I will be back this weekend...however, I will be gone all day on monday. I'm hoping I can fill out one of those "alternate delivery notices" and tape it to the front door, telling UPS to leave them in the garage. 🙂

mr UPS finall showed up about noon.... i RAN out to meet him and he told me "i don't have anything for you" 😡 i was like "NOPE..... TWO! you have TWO packages for me!" he got them, i signed.... ran back into my office and did the happy dance.... one box in each hand... then left work for the day! i've been playing with my new toy since then! the apps are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cool! a couple i downloaded i'll get rid of... but so many are very cool, useful, fun. etc!
i have her screen protector and case on.... (the ifrogz luxe in pink) i love the screen protector that came with it... sooooo smooth! hubby got the rebel and his screen protector isn't as smooth? i'm thinking of buying a mirror protector?
i also want to get an otterbox for when we're out on our bikes... a bit more protection regardless of if it's road or mountain bikes.... i think the otterbox will be a good choice for that! but for everyday/work/movies/shopping/etc the ifrogz is very pretty!
ok... back to my baby (she's recharging cuz i ran her battery down! oops!
