Louisville is the ONLY place where Customs will release to UPS. Transfer from Alaska was just that, a transfer (not an unloading). ALL iPhones will be going through Louisville, so just don't pay attention to any "West Coast" flights.
Only difference is the NORAD Santa tracking is not REAL....It is just for little children, this is serious business for us here on MacRumors...

Right, but that would mean that it will arrive at the store in Frankfort on Thursday which is fine by me.
So, will the "origin" of my package be Louisville? I am guessing that they shipped them in bulk to Louisville where my individual package will be removed, scanned in, and shipped out. Is that correct?

Hmm... mine is still in Anchorage according to my tracking info. Hoping they just forgot to scan the bulk shipment that mine is in or something. It should be hitting up Louisville before it heads towards CT.

Oh don't worry there's nothing special about this state. Plus we're going to have thunderstorms all week, and a bad hurricane schedule. But I love hurricanes makes my day complete for some odd reason.
After a few days with nothing I finally got my "prepared from shipment" Nice to see progress and that's all I ask for. Well that and my first ever iphone
Somebody should really take this to a ridiculous extreme and head over to SDF to see if they can spot the phones being unloaded.
That was not true, FedEx and UPS shipments can be cleared by customs in Anchorage.
Also, that UPS that came from Korea or wherever to Anchorage could have offloaded it cargo and picked up an Apple shipment. Anc. is not just a fuel stop, FedEx and UPS operate large sort facility hubs there as well.
You must be in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area too.. does your phone still say arrival scan anchorage? lol
i like how we can see exactly where the planes are, but when they get on the trucks, then what? you cant track everywhere the truck goes can you?!?

Here's a ridiculous proposal. Other than people tracking UPS flights, does anyone here have any proof that their phone has left Anchorage and is on its way to Louisville? Because mine still says it's in Anchorage as I'm sure many of you have and everyone for some reason has come to the assumption that the phones have continued with the plane through to Louisville without any solid evidence. If anyone can debunk what I've said, I apologize, because I have missed quite a few pages of the thread.
