His expertise is retail and distribution. They probably want to strengthen their distribution channel where electronics are not normally sold. E.G. counters at Bloomingdales, Airport malls in Dubai, the Jewelry stores in Kowloon Hong Kong, gift shops in Hotels,resorts.
