That's also a way of Apple technically "changing the policy" without effectively changing the policy (kind of like "death by delay"). Apple never expected MS to actually submit a single request for any of the games (let alone all of them).
I doubt MS ever expected to do anything but offer streaming via the web. It’s clear that a native app was never a requirement, they just wanted to throw a log onto the “We don’t like the AppStore either” fire. :)

3. Potential IAP's Purchases which would set precedent for other Apps to do exactly the same thing.
Ohhhhh, good points. I’m assuming Microsoft has parental controls built in like Netflix, right?

Its kind of like asking Netflix to treat every show and movie like they are individual apps.

I tried this last night and was amazed how good it it actually. More then I expected. Glad I kept a spare controller when I sold my XBOX one.
Funny that the Xcloud games stream better than the local stream I tried to do from my XBOX X over my network to the iPad.
