Indeed it’s amazing how silly some of these replies are. People really cannot read and comprehend. For the most part Kuo has been accurate with his statements.

You guys aren’t reading and understanding. Pay attention to the dates and phones he’s referring to.

I've read every POS thing he wrote, show me your actual argument with proofs, otherwise your shoveling air.

That's probably because the iPhone X sales are nowhere near as good as they thought they would be.

Yeah if demand is "off the wall" wouldn't you expect the 5-6 week delivery to keep blowing out to 6-7 then 7-8?

Perhaps "off the wall" was more a downward trend than first interpreted.

So far it looks like the first rush has been and gone. Having some in store on release day is going to re-hype this device and get some media coverage. Would be funny though if very few showed up...

I'm thinking in 2 weeks time, delivery slip will be down to 3-4 weeks (although I wouldn't put it past Apple to keep holding the longer delivery time but "suddenly revise" the time to 3-4 weeks once you order).

There are some big marketing lessons to be learned from this poorly managed release: major miss-step not having stock, delaying flagship model and staggered release. Perhaps they should have held back the 8/8+ as well. Level playing field.

I think many have concluded the 8/8+ aren't enough of an upgrade and the X is too late and too expensive.

At least Apple will have plenty of old X stock next September to push at $100 off as the "cheap" tier product. :)
