Minimalist iOS 7 Banner Goes Up at Moscone West for WWDC 2013

As a long time apple user, I'm more than happy with my iPhone5 and ipad3. The dated iOS however is a different issue. I'm genuinely excited to see what the new so brings. God help apple if they don't produce something very special. People have waited a long time for a proper update, not the Mickey Mouse tweaks that ios6 brought

The background dots are in an off-set pattern on the billboard, not in a squared pattern like the Braun radio or the mocked up Photoshop version posted.
 
I think were going to get a huge overhaul. Home screen, notification center, everything will be different.

Also, its about time Apple does something new and different. The iphone 5 was great but we need more innovation. I want more unnecessary features!:D

Well, they weren't going to copy it completely. Then it would be "skeuomophism". ;)

If you look at the WWDC app and assume that it is the design direction they are headed in, it isn't difficult to make the link between Jony's design and his hero's (Dieter Rams).

Yeah it's annoying why doesn't apple know that what we want is to hover 1nm over a link without touching it and answer our phones while we're eating buffalo chicken wings??
 
Has nobody considered the possibility this is just a giant daily tear-off calendar? It's no coincidence they're erecting it on June 7th. Tomorrow they'll tear a page off and reveal a giant "8"

I think "world's most advanced operating system" tag line is reserved for OS X.
 
I love it so much.

I normally do rainbow lines on black backdrops, but rainbow on white actually even better, now that I see it.

This circle texture is similar to what they use in the WWDC iPad app to separate the days in the calendar.
