I just got this sent to my phone.

No options appear yet after a restart, but this is a sure sign something is coming.

According to AT&T we will need to update our iPhone to 3.0.1.
But according to apple they just need to send out a updated carrier file
 
I didnt get that text msg. Hmmm, I would rather have tethering than MMS anytime. So if it will take away tethering, you can have that.
 
Hope it comes out soon. 3.0 says it us up to date on mine.
I just got my first MMS message with my new phone today. What a PITA to have to write down the User/Password to retrieve the message. I could only get the copy to work on the complete SMS with the info, so that didn't help at all

You sound like me. Apple gets pissed when I call there about MMS, and AT&T doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to MMS (when I call, at least.)

i got an att rep to remove my opt out code. but now my damn camera icon is missing even though i have the hacked ipcc! i hope they really do release it soon. i dont even get the viewmymessage.com crap now.

Just copy/paste into notes

Then copy the username/password

Simply copy the entire text message, then activate the "typing" box at the bottom. You can then paste the text into this box and copy the desired portion of the text. Voila.😀

You have to manually enter the settings in.
