Must be quite a while ago as there was never such a thing as a 1600 baud modem. 50,75 and 100 baud modems were really old and typically only found on teletypes and a few commercial coupler style modems. 300, 1200, 2400 were the more common early BBS days. After that, modems started transmitting more that one bit of data per signal change and the term baud rate and bps were no longer interchangeable (not that it stopped anyone).

Everything has it's bugs at first. And really guys, apple hasn't officially even announced the reales yet...give it time!
 
ive watched this thing since 8am this morning. and I'm officially giving it a break until like midnight EST. 2.0 update isn't even out yet either, but there are iphones right now fluttering the world with 2.0 on it. Whats the hold up DUDE!
 
I am sure we will be all happy tomorrow and we will laugh at all of these comments made today. :D

If that doesn't happen, I can't imagine the arguing and whining tomorrow on MacRumors. :eek:

Seriously guys, I don't think it's that serious of a problem to be that angry of. :)

Just to be clear on the forum rules, I can't say "You are an Idiot", but if I refer to them in the third person is that OK?

For example "Ryan is an idiot" is OK?
 
i am so glad GMAIL is my primary email address
I would of lost 2 days of work due too there outages, by now....

.mac was never stable nor did they have any phone support.

i am sticking to GMAIL, i cant afford to mess around with my email like that.
If i loose a email it could mean big bucks for me...

Thanks... it helps my confidence... Im thinking of becoming a stand-up comedian/forum commenter.

I will just sit there making jokes on MRForums (of course with a projector for all to see)

and when i get banned... well thats my finale.
