MobileMe Status Update
The MobileMe transition is underway but is taking longer than expected. Please refer to the official System Status to the right for current information on the availability of MobileMe services. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks for that link. Good to hear something official from Apple...and to have another site to compulsively check every half-minute ;)

Is anyone else experiencing this... When I switch between web apps (cal, contacts, mail, etc) it's really slow to load the next app. Sometimes it lags before it even starts to load the next page.

At work I can't use IMAP or POP. So I couldn't check my mail all day. It isn't a huge deal but it's inconvenient. The issue I see is that they obviously haven't learned their lessons from dotMac and so they are just going to repeat them with MobileMe. They still haven't learned to be as robust as even the FREE competitors.

Don't they have experienced professionals to help with these migrations? Like I said before GMail, MSN, and a bunch of other free services manage.

Technically you cant get imap or pop at work cause your work probably turned it off so you aren't checking personal email and stuff. So their the ones inconveniencing you. Or at least being contributors. You should complain to your boss and have him throw in for the refund.

People keep saying it is back up

Are they lying or....I keep getting the maintance page

It is up for me:

EDIT: You might have been going to mac.com. Me.com works though

Yep, its working! In fact, this is the best performance we've seen thus far. Perhaps they got it right this time?
