No ****. We kill it every time because we're ****ing fiends.
It's true. I guarantee you that's why it keeps bombing.

Oh man this is really funny...do they have webcams into the offices at Apple? It must be like UFC in there....people throwing Xserves at each other.
It probably would have been up hours ago if their servers weren't inundated every time they flipped the switch.

Maybe they're using Comcast to host the servers?![]()

Well, unless they are hosting the site in Steve's garage then they should have load balancing and enough bandwidth for a few hardcore nerds checking their email.

I just set up two, one with my initials, one with my first name.
Received "Sign Up Complete" page.
Received email confirmation for both.
However, can't log in.
Anyone experience this? Or do most of you have converted/flipped .mac accounts?
Hah, Steve's probably wasted right now - all of the techies are struggling to get things going, and drunk Steve keeps walking in and trying to give keynotes using various xserves as prototype iphones.
At least, I think that would be acceptable.

MobileMe isn't up. That's fine.
But .Mac has now been down for a day. That's a big problem. By now they should have rolled back so we could still at least use .Mac. There's no reason .Mac couldn't be up while they're fixing MobileMe.

If it can't handle the viewers, then why would they put it up in the 1st place?
