Mojave and iCloud Support

Hi all

I was using MacBook Pro 2017 and High Sierra 10.13.6

Recently photo taken using iPhone 6s wasn't upload to Photos App in the MackBook Pro.
The photos available in iCloud and also upload to Photos App in iPhone. iCloud still has free space arounf 3 GB.

Text save in iCloud also not upload to Notes App.

I have sign out and sign in iCloud in MacBook Pro.

It seem like iCloud stop support for High Siierra.

I have plan upgrade to Mojave. Is iCloud still support Mojave ?

Would it not slowing the MacBook Pro ?

It has 8 GB Ram.

I mean mine has 8gb of ram and it works fine for most things. Apple would push the update to computers that wouldn’t run it well

Maybe because of having some 32-bit applications?

It's not "just" an upgrade of the OS in that case.
