Batteries are probably fried too. This is why i never use aftermarket accessories. Im still using my launch day magsafe duo never had 1 problem. OEM for life
If it's branded as a MagSafe charger, not coyly hinting at "works with MagSafe", the pucks are genuine Apple chargers. Zagg, Belkin et al are just sourcing the pucks from Apple and designing devices around them.Batteries are probably fried too. This is why i never use aftermarket accessories. But the Belkin nightstand doesn't fold up into a very nice compact little travel accessory. That was always the draw of the Mophie for my wife and I.If it's branded as a MagSafe charger, not coyly hinting at "works with MagSafe", the pucks are genuine Apple chargers. The Zagg/Mophie device sucks because the bit that manages charge from the USB power brick, and distributes it across the three surfaces is not up to the job. By contrast, I've had the Belkin nightstand since it was first released, and never had any issues with it.
I'm ok with slower charging tbh, I use it overnight anyway
Yes. I actually had to go home and get it as I didn’t bring it with me the first time.Silly question probably, but did you need to bring it with you when you went in? Just asking because I could stop in on my way home...
On the other hand, years ago my gf (now my wife) was very pleased to see charging options on my bedside table that covered her devices as well as mine. YMMV. #thoughtfulnessPut this thing on your nightstand and you're guaranteed to be freed from those pesky second dates.
When you have 3 devices to charge at the same time your hotelroom bedstand turns into spaghetti junction. One device to charge 3 others was brilliant. The regular 3-1 boost charge isn't suitable to travel with. What is the point of wireless travel chargers: a simple charging cable is smaller, faster, and cheaper.
Try again, or ask to speak with a manager (in the least Karen way possible). They are definitely returning these.Oh hell, I'm one of the many who have been dealing with this issue - mophie/Zagg is unhelpful at best, saying a fix will eventually be made available, but in the meantime denies all replacement claims. Going back to the Apple Store for a refund yield the same sort of frustrating "you're on your own, sorry" response because I was out of the 15-day period during which refunds are issued.
For a CA$200 charger, I can say this is very disappointing on all sides.
Glad to read this, those 3 are what I’ve gravitated to at home on my nightstand. And I keep overthinking how to simplify it further recently for a few days of upcoming travel, but it’s already about as improved as possible. I spent many years sticking with the Apple-brand-only cords and chargers but the Anker dual USB-C GaN I got recently is nice and compact, and fast charging — should have done it sooner.Moving away from this to a compact GaN charger and three short cables (watch/USB-C/Lightning) has greatly improved my travel life, even though there’s a little more to keep track of. When you’re on vacation or on the go all day, getting a fast-charge top-off in the hotel room between stops becomes that much more important, and these wireless solutions just aren’t good enough for that.

First, I have heard of that. Where is that documented? If I go to the Apple store with my receipt and product, they will refund me?
That’s the laziest firmware update I’ve ever seen 🤣🤣🤣Here you go![]()

Mophie's 3-in-1 Travel Charger with MagSafe has been temporarily removed from the Apple online store due to ongoing charging issues. You also can no longer purchase the accessory directly from ZAGG's website.

Beginning in late June, users in Apple's discussions community began pointing out an issue where an iPhone, Apple Watch, or AirPods placed on the charger would fail to get a consistent charge. The devices would constantly ping as they disconnected and reconnected to the charging source.
Many of the users in the thread on Apple's discussions community mentioned that they had owned the Travel Charger for over a year with no problems, and all began having the same issue around the same date. Apple has now recalled the accessory, so if you purchased it at an Apple Store or on Apple's website you can contact them for a full refund.
In a response on its website, ZAGG noted that it is aware of the issue with the Travel Charger, "which can cause intermittent charging with your device." The company said it has identified the issue and will release a firmware update to the accessory soon. It's unclear when the Travel Charger will return to the Apple Store and ZAGG store.
Mophie originally launched the Travel Charger in January 2022 at a price of $150. It's a MagSafe-compatible accessory that provides simultaneous charging to an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. It includes a USB-C wall adapter and USB-C cable in the box.
(Thanks, James!)

Apple customer service doesn’t know a thing about this.
I always try to be as little Karen as possible, I try to put agents on my side and am not one to yell at people to get something no matter how infuriating "support" processes are nowadays.Try again, or ask to speak with a manager (in the least Karen way possible). Don’t worry, Apple Support’s solution to everything is an RTA to Engineering!I always try to be as little Karen as possible, I try to put agents on my side and am not one to yell at people to get something no matter how infuriating "support" processes are nowadays.
EDIT: No dice, they're just tossing me from agent to the next, nobody appears to know anything about it in those I chatted with.
