We had 2. 1 had that problem. 1 did not. We now (again) only buy Apple chargers.
Batteries are probably fried too. This is why i never use aftermarket accessories. Im still using my launch day magsafe duo never had 1 problem. OEM for life
We have two knockoffs that I’m happy with BUT a first worked great, so I bought another for my partner. Ended up getting three more before she got one that worked. So now I’m a bit dubious.how is this better than the $30 no name knockoffs on amazon? i have a couple of those and they work great.
What about the watch charging? You get more then twice the charging speed on MagSafe compatible iPhones using certified MagSafe accessories like this
I had two chats so far and both of them told me it was a problem that Apple will not be involved with. I'll try again tomorrow.I just had a funny interaction with apple support. First chat agent said no to refund and referred me to manufacturer. I said no thanks to that and waited. Next agent researched for a few minutes and also told me to take a hike. Just before ending the chat, a third agent popped on and said no problem he can process the return. He said the other agents must not have checked their email today. 😅
I suggest waiting a day to request online return. Hopefully the news will spread internally.
Belkin, you don't really know until you own it how bad their items are, Anker; as well 3rd party accessories are always a risk. But the Belkin nightstand doesn't fold up into a very nice compact little travel accessory. That was always the draw of the Mophie for my wife and I.
Is there an official document from Apple that says they will do a refund on that? My Mophie charger is having that exact problem. I bought it from Apple Store Singapore in December last year. I called Apple Singapore this morning, but they told me they did not receive any information regarding that. They told me to contact Mophie instead.
Mophie's 3-in-1 Travel Charger with MagSafe has been temporarily removed from the Apple online store due to ongoing charging issues. You also can no longer purchase the accessory directly from ZAGG's website.

Beginning in late June, users in Apple's discussions community began pointing out an issue where an iPhone, Apple Watch, or AirPods placed on the charger would fail to get a consistent charge. The devices would constantly ping as they disconnected and reconnected to the charging source.
Many of the users in the thread on Apple's discussions community mentioned that they had owned the Travel Charger for over a year with no problems, and all began having the same issue around the same date. Apple has now recalled the accessory, so if you purchased it at an Apple Store or on Apple's website you can contact them for a full refund.
In a response on its website, ZAGG noted that it is aware of the issue with the Travel Charger, "which can cause intermittent charging with your device." The company said it has identified the issue and will release a firmware update to the accessory soon. It's unclear when the Travel Charger will return to the Apple Store and ZAGG store.
Mophie originally launched the Travel Charger in January 2022 at a price of $150. It's a MagSafe-compatible accessory that provides simultaneous charging to an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. It includes a USB-C wall adapter and USB-C cable in the box.
(Thanks, James!)

I had multiple chats and calls with different reps after Zagg denied the replacement claim (after I paid the $7 shipping fee, which they refunded) - reps at Apple gave me all sorts of reasons as to why this and why that.I just had a funny interaction with apple support. First chat agent said no to refund and referred me to manufacturer. I said no thanks to that and waited. Next agent researched for a few minutes and also told me to take a hike. Same, I have 2 of ucomx ones off Amazon and they’re solid, only $40how is this better than the $30 no name knockoffs on amazon? i have a couple of those and they work great.
Just gonna point you at this charger I have from amazon for a third the price and actually reliable, and charges the phones at a *higher* wattage than the mophie one, if you want cheaper I've been traveling with their older version that's slightly cheaper but only does 10w phone charging for a while nowYou get more then twice the charging speed on MagSafe compatible iPhones using certified MagSafe accessories like this
Just checked, and No it doesn't work on mine with the Beta. It charges then stops and all you hear are the dings. Is anyone who is experiencing this problem on the iOS 17 beta? I am on the betas of the watch and phone, and my devices are charging fine on the 3-in-1 charger. I wonder if something got messed up in the 16.x release, but will resolve with 17?
Thanks for responding! Mine actually stopped working yesterday as well.Just checked, and No it doesn't work on mine with the Beta. It charges then stops and all you hear are the dings.
I've used it a total of 5 nights. worked for 4 several months ago, last time over the early 4th holiday, it stopped working. I tried to get a warranty done with Zagg. They closed it out without informing me why. Finally had to call twice and they said they were waiting for "Apple" to fix it with an update since that's what broke it. Ha!
They had billed me the $9.99 shipping but refunded it when they cancelled the warranty claim. While there service person was very helpful, I'm not thrilled with there overall response to this.
Probably last product I'll ever buy from them.
My Apple Duo still works even with the bigger bump on my iPhone, and the only thing i lose is the triple charging ability. Oh well... at least it still works, slowly but surely, but I don't care since I just charge overnight anyway.
I recognize they have identify this issue , but this doesn’t not allow me as a customer for mitigating this issue, this is why it’s critical to provide a timetable on your resolution plan
