Multiple listeners via bluetooth?

Is there a way to play music from one device but have multiple friends listen to the same song at once using bluetooth??

If you have Bluetooth 5, then you can have 2 speakers connected at once (definently works on the Samsung S8). For anything else you need an app of some kind.
