Hi my friend and I have downgraded back to iOS 9.3.2 but our music apps are not playing music and keep crashing. We both have iPhone 6s and we have both factory reset our phones but still doesn't work. Will going back to iOS 10 fix it or will not using iCloud backup work?

Hi Aloha

Had exactly the same problem when doing mine, I can confirm that going back to 10 resolves the issue.

I can only assume that somewhere within 10 it is modifying the music catalog which the 9 version cannot view correctly

I can Almost confirm each iteration of iOS modifies iTunes library format, rendering it unreadable by previous version of iOS.
Your fastest solution is using third party software like iexplorer to delete iTunes library on your device, and re-sync all music on your device from iTunes library.
