Same here.
Since I don't know of any other way to contact Apple I think I'm just going to put the order in (even though it says I have until 5 PM tomorrow to complete the order). This way at least there's some kind of record of an order. I will then call them before 5 PM tomorrow, and at the very least they'll be able to delete the order and create a new one if necessary. I also made screenshots of each step for the record.
I think that sounds like a reasonable plan. Hopefully it'll work out . . .
