Thats exactly whats happening to me! I called Apple, they are supposed to email me when it is resolved... they are aware of it.. but when I have the phone in the cart I notice it only sys the familyvoice plan and no data plan..... maybe that is the problem.... in addition when I try to edit it, I get an error.

Do you have a FAN discount?

I have a FAN and was doing the same as you. I've talked to several CSR and all said they are aware of it and someone would contact me. But no one has all day.


Now mine is saying:

We're unable to complete your iPhone order at this time. Based on information you provided, you may have to pay a deposit before you can purchase an iPhone and establish an account with AT&T. You cam pay this deposit and purchase an iPhone at an Apple Retail Store.



I have an account and I called AT&T and they said I can add 2 more lines with no deposit... Just thought I'd share my issue in case anyone else is experiencing it.
 
No one ever contacted me today.... and my reservation expires at 5pm tomorrow night.... Im starting to think this is an issue with either adding a new line, having a FAN account, or both together.

Odd. Mine ended up going through even though I have a FAN account.

I am having the same problem. I am trying to add a line to my Family Plan. I called AT&T my account is in good standing, $0 balance, and I pass the credit check if I want to add a line through them. Unfortunately, they can't tell me why my Pre-Order through the Apple Store is being rejected.

I got through to Apple's Support this morning. After a very polite conversation with a rep, I was passed to a supervisor. They said that the problem was on AT&T's side and they had no visibility to it either. *sigh*

I have until 5pm PST to complete my order or my reservation expires.
