I got mine from Amazon and it came with everything so it is genuine. However I am also finding it is really loose on the left side. May contact the seller as this is a disappointment.

as brought up earlier..unless you want to take chances, either the official caze site or official ebay caze store are the only ways to go to play it safe.
I have the same problem. I bought from the iphonecazehk seller on the ebay. It seems that he is the sole distributor for the Caze cases.
I have sent him an email, will update this thread when I hear back.
Just an update to my white Caze. Those of you who looked at the earlier pages saw my white Caze case pictures. After 2 weeks or so with it the white case is totally discolored. I don't have any chances to take a pic but sadly I can't recommend the white case.
I bought the case from the Caze Japanese website so I know my are genuine. It's a shame too because I loved the design.

It's a matte white finish, right? Matte or soft touch white cases will always discolor/get dirty. It's just the nature of the beast. Every white case with that type of finish that I've tested or reviewed over the years has discolored. That's why your upper tier case manufacturers (Speck, Incase, etc) only make their white case offerings in a glossy finish.
Was getting bad lifting on my screen protectors with this case......but really loved the design.
Putting lucky labs on the aluminum band fixed it
I guess that additional micrometer or whatever gave it just the clearance it needed. I really like the case design, but I got the white and I am afraid it will also discolor. A soak in hot water, baking soda, and dish soap always seemed to help clean these things up. Hope it works on this one.

Also, do you know what they are revising on the zero5?
I have too many cases to count even though I'm using my iPhone naked at the moment. Still in search of the perfect bumper. Something slim with minimal lay on the table design. Seems like this is close other than the jutting locking tab. I wonder why they can't manage to make a thinner bumper like 0.5mm on the zero5? Or a zero5 with lay on the table would be good too (fusion of the incase snap design with zero5 thinness).

Ive had mine for several months now (silver with red fastener), not sure if its genuine, I got it for free when an ebayer sold me his satin nickel vapor 4 case.
There is definitely bleeding of the red color from the fastener/nub/clasp but its very minimal and only on the edges close to the fastener.
Ive used mine on and off for several months and have not had any issues with either my front or rear shield bubbling. The shields Im using were from ID america and were part of a case package they sent me.

came across a site selling it for dirt cheap so, I order one of each color (White, Black, Blue, Silver) for less than $20 shipped, yeah I KNOW !!!! , I paid around $25 for the original from CAZE's site,
I know it's most likely fake, but figure how much difference could it be ..its cheap plastics ..... package finally came after almost 2 weeks from China
Open the bag and found (Black, + 3 Silver) @#$#& ........... still no Blue
Package included same items (screen protectors, cleaning "tissue" not cloth, the wallet stand), all slightly different from the Original Packaging from CAZE
and small imperfection spot here and there ..

I want this case in silver. There don't seem to be any available on amazon, and ebay only has blue and pink. Anyone know where I can snag it for less than retail?

Loving this case to be fair, well done CAZE.
Just got this a few days ago and loving it so far (authentic - purchased directly from Caze). It has just enough of a lip to afford decent lay-on-top protection without being at all obtrusive, and I really like that the case is NOT at all rounded and that the edges are beveled instead. In terms of protection, yesterday I accidentally dropped my phone 5 feet straight down on to rough/unfinished concrete, with the point of impact being the top lip directly in front of the sleep button. Other than some ugly gouges and scuffs in that part of the lip, there was no other damage either to the case or, more importantly, to the phone.
My only 2 complaints are (i) this case does not play well with front/back protectors that extend to the very edges of the glass - thankfully it comes bundled with protectors that work perfectly with the case, but unfortunately I prefer a matte back protector so now I've got to do some trial and error to find one that will work, and (ii) you can't customize the fastener colors. Mine came with white and red, whereas if I had my choice, I would have selected silver and clear black. That being said, the red looks terrific and I'm happy with it.

Hi guys I'm interested in purchasing a black one but how do I get the black tab so I can have one that's all black? I'm done looking at the case case website but they don't seem to come with a black/black combination. Also other colors doesn't comes with the black tab. Where can I get the black tab from? Having a two tone case is what's holding me back from ordering this case.
Also I'm running a slick wraps full body wrap on my iPhone, how does it fit into the case case?
