Cancelled where? Was this the case too?
I ordered one from AT&T and one from Apple on the same line. I ordered AT&T first and realized they didn't offer Applecare+. I tried Apple and it went through and processed. I have 2/3 tracking numbers but I don't know which tracking number is which at this point. I called AT&T to cancel my order but they said they aren't allowed and I have to refuse it. That still is pending shipment which I hope just cancels.
Just got an e-mail from Apple that they cancelled my pre-order. I ordered at 1 AM PST right when it opened for pre-orders on Apple.com. I just called Apple and they said that I have to call my carrier because I didn't use the phone number associated with my family plan(????) which I did, I used my number which is on a plan with my husband, but we were both eligible for an upgrade and I used my number. I have no idea what she was trying to tell me - all I know is that now I probably won't get my phone Friday which is why I stayed up until 1 AM in the first place. I am quite mad (and confused). No wonder I wasn't finding a tracking number.

Nope. Mine was ordered within minutes of the Apple website going live. I've been at "Preparing" for a couple of days now.
