idk i thought maybe they would just send an email or something regarding it. after i told them i wanted to port my tmobile # to att it hasnt given me anything else. is that all i had to do?

I haven't gotten anything and I don't thikn we're supposed to get anything. Pretty sure the number will be ported when we activate the phone (at least that's what seemed to have happened when I ported my first # from Verizon with my 3GS, when it was done at the Apple Store). I guess we'll find out soon though...

The ones that arrive yesterday afternoon in Anchorage didn't get a departure scan either. They just got the arrival scan in Louisville in the morning. I'm pretty sure they went out on the 12:30 am (Alaska Time) flight though.

FWIW, iship and newegg's tracker showed me the exact same thing since (presumably) they just read the UPS tracking system.

I ordered from att. The status updated this morning showed that it shipped via fedex with a tracking number, but i've been checking the fedex site all day long and there is still no info on it.
I thought it would at least be received by now.

No particular reason. Even if I had a PANC scan, there are 5 flights departing around the same time. I just "threw a dart" and picked UPS63.

I deduced it had arrived in PANC by the VHHH departure scan and flight leaving around that time showed arrived PANC. So, either it's on one of the PANC - KSDF flights and UPS is just behind in reporting scans, or, it's still in PANC.

This thread is where you'll find everyone else in the same boat. Your iPhone is in Texas and your tracking number's info will update when it leaves the warehouse tomorrow morning. Apparently!

AT&T is finally showing my 4S as having shipped! Oddly enough, though, it says it shipped on the 9th and my tracking # isn't yet available on FedEx's website.

It is not on that flight because it originated from Tokyo not Hong Kong. Flight 61 is the right one.

I just signed in to my AT&T account to join in on the fun here, and found my orders for two black iPhone 4S 64GB's still says "processing". I got my order in about 1PM on the 7th...was I too late?
