My new Apple TV 4K keeps 'forgetting' that i am logged in...

For some reason, on my new Apple TV 4k (2021), it forgets that I am logged in (for my Apple Music & iTunes movies.) Does this happen to anyone else? One thing to know is that i have a different apple id/ email address for everything else...

I have this problem on all my devices: every couple of weeks I am logged out of my iTunes account (separate from iCloud account). Sometimes my account is locked, though I don't receive any warnings about unauthorized activity or anything. After unlocking my account, I have to log back in on every device. I can't share any insights about what's causing it, but I am experiencing this issue too.
