I really can't see why a Att ( or apple for that matter) person, can't place an order for you on the phone. The lady that helped me on the phone said she can't take a call In orders.
She spent almost 30 min F&$@& ing with my order ( actually messing with me, trying to get the site to work) . If these guys could take orders over the phone it would have been easier for all parties involved.
Guess they want the "system" to do the check and balance of each individual account. Boy, a phone in purchase would have been nice though.
