I think your MR bracket is the only one that can beat mine if OSU wins out.
Proud that at least one team from the B1G got to the Final Four. Wish it was MSU, but oh well. OSU sure can be dangerous. KU has been scrubbing it up most of the tournament and OSU has looked solid. Guess we'll wait and see.
Let's bump this baby back to the top of page 1 in anticipation of the Final Four this evening.
So, round picks?
I'm just going to stick with my bracket picks - Kentucky and Kansas. Everyone's picking OSU this week, but I just think Thad isn't that great of a game coach and Kansas and Self should be able to take a page (or three) out of MSU's playbook and contain Sullinger & Co (and no, I'm not giving KU credit for beating a Sullinger-less OSU at home early in the year). Also a lack of depth for OSU might come into play.
Either way, looking forward to the games!

It was an impressive comeback, but this was what I'd call the first real tourney win. They played a scrub (Detroit), a team playing over its head (Purdue), a mediocre team (NC State), and a handicapped but talented team (UNC). All of which were close games, except the Detroit one (which actually was for a little over a half).
I think UK is the first team KU will face all tourney that combines immense talent, some depth, and some coaching. KU won't be able to slow them down enough + UK is too potent. I'll take UK easily.
If by some grace Self manages to coach KU to a win, the man should be immediately immortalized at KU.
Considering this was a rebuilding season after losing 4 starters from last year's team, this is one heck of a coaching job by Self this year
Definitely. I'd say he deserves Saban status at Alabama, but I don't know if you guys do statues or $6mil contracts. Something as close to comparable then
Thank you, thank you. I think this was the same as my paper bracket in a pool of 45 and I finished 2nd in that one. Winner had same FF/Finals/Champ, he just had 4 more points through the process. Was good fun checking in on the MR one. I still can't believe OSU... could've won it for you.
My 11 year old son is mocking me for my 7th place finish.
That's harsh. Kids can be so mean, heh.
