Kansas got extremely lucky and really didn't deserve that win, Cinci Florida St will go right to the wire.

Part of me wanted Purdue to win because of Robbie Hummel getting hosed by life so badly over the years, but Kansas staying alive sure helps my brackets.

Oh, and go Cincy

Cinci= more red

More green.

Big Ten ended the day 9-2 in the tourney with a huge showing by Purdue. It also has 4 teams in the Sweet 16. Also the state of Ohio has 4 schools in the Sweet 16 (though, as my friend failed at trying to point out on Facebook, it's not 'the state' of Ohio as only 16/56 players on said teams are actually from Ohio).

Fun times. Can it be Thursday already?

kendall marshall is having surgery today to put a screw in the broken bone on his non-shooting hand.
this is NOT good news, this guy RUNS UNC's offense. No real backups as the other is out for the year too.
Gotta believe in a miracle here now.

Thought you'd might like to know a little about his replacement. He's a local kid and seems like 'Ol Roy recruited him for just this type of situation.

With Marshall injured, White could be forced into action

In some ways, it seems like it's been a long time since those last games on Sunday, but in other ways it feels like it was just yesterday as the week has flown by.

Any Sweet 16 predictions based on the results so far (ignoring your Christmas themed bracket if you wish)?

I knew W would lose because I picked them to win. (actually I had FSU going to the FF and had vandy beating W earlier-messed up no matter how you look at it.
I'm consistant at least.

I was hoping Wisconsin would win for two reasons:

1) Big Ten
2) Figured more people put Syracuse in the Elite 8 and/or Final Four

MSU has looked really awful in this game yet again. I know Louisville has a great defense and disrupts teams, but MSU has really played into their gameplan for a lot of the second half. There's still time to come back, but I've got major doubts.

This might be the earliest I have ever been knocked out of a bracket challenge.

I'm still holding on to hopes for my money bracket. My bracket with MSU winning it all was 6th before tonight, but my bracket with UK/MSU/OSU/KU with UK > KU in the finals was 10th and at least half the people ahead of me had MSU and/or UNC in the finals/winning.

It's a total paper system and the guy just updates all our scores and sends out a new spreadsheet after every day of games, so all I know is everyone's Final Four and champ. Kind of fun not knowing if someone has Marquette in the Elite 8 or not and whether I should hope for their win because I do or because Florida winning would screw more people over.

If I finish 4th, I get my money back. 2nd/3rd is 80ish, and first is 300ish. I mean if my picks win out - UK/OSU/KU and UK > KU, I'd have a great chance at 1-4. Especially if UNC gets upset tomorrow? Would hurt those picking UNC 2-3x.

So I'll just wait and see after every day of games to see how much I creep up in the standings. MR CBS one I think I'm sitting in 4th, but tied for best possible score or something. Think it's pretty similar to my currently 10th-and-only-shot-at-winning-cash paper bracket.

Well it will only get harder after tonight if the TarHeels win, so this will be the closest thing to a warm up White will get.
Tebow, and even Kendall Marshall made their mark with just such an opportunity.

GO HEELS!

I'm about to lose my mind! Ohio is putting to my Heels, White has done fine, not his fault.

UNC did not deserve to win that game. Ohio got robbed.

Ohio didn't get robbed, but UNC did not deserve to win either.:D

But I will say that to win you have to win some ugly, and winning teams win the ugly ones too. That may be the scare that propels UNC forward.
I would like to say that White did great and they need to keep Watts off the court.

Roy just cancelled the hotel rooms for next weekend. OU was a foul shot away from winning. How does Roy not give Zeller the last shot? That's bad coaching. Zero leadership from UNCs finest either. That combo won't get you to the Final Four.

Might need to pull for Kansas, they haven't played well for awhile, NC State might be a tougher opponent for UNC than Kansas.
May the worse team Sunday win!:p

Does anyone know how to replay previous games from last weekend? The instructions on the NCAA web page are not correct:

http://www.ncaa.com/march-madnesslive/help#quality

From the Scoreboard there is no "Replay" option.

I actually just paid for this on Thursday due to less games being available from CBS for free and didn't want to use a 3rd party stream that was gonna lag out on me or be lower quality.

Launch the March Madness live player (you know, like if you were watching a game. It's pretty much linked at the top/bottom of any NCAA bball page) first. Then use that scoreboard to hit Replay. The video box is going to be blank - just hit the play button. Seems you get a handful of commercials before that you have to put up with, but I hope that's it (it kind of appears as such - you get one youtube esque video bar that you can go back and forth at will with). I don't know when old games become available though. Probably a next morning delay like everything. The Baylor game is already up from what I tested, so that's good.

Edit: Just kidding. It gives in-game commercials too, but it's all part of that single video stream, so you can just skip ahead.

UNC vs Kansas>>> I will just say that Kansas has not been playing that well lately and UNC has a chance. Barnes will need to be hitting shots and keep Watts off the court.
Of the teams left, I think I would rather be playing Kansas than any other of the teams left.

That's the one part I agree with. Their styles play into each other and neither team has looked impressive throughout the tourney.

C'mon OSU, crack some skulls and beat Syracuse. Gotta save my bracket and the Big Ten.

I figured it out, but thanks for the reply. Turns out I was on the scoreboard for the MAIN window and not the PLAYER window. The instructions were kind of confusing.

I think UNC has a chance against anyone. Roy's boys always have the potential to win it all, but everything has to be clicking.

If KU's guards (particularly Taylor) decide to show up, KU should win easily. This year's team has been rather bipolar.

I pretty much haven't caught any of the games since MSU lost due to just stuff coming up, but I'm glad OSU beat Syracuse. Really helps my remaining bracket chances and looks good that at least one from the B1G made it. Go Kansas and Kentucky tomorrow.
