720P in 2022. Haha. What a clown show of a company. I have Netflix for one reason and one reason only... It's free with T-Mobile.
There are lots of services that use ads from free with ads to several dollars USD sVOD subscriptions. Many that watch OTA and Cable/Satellite subscriptions are wholly subjected to ads normally.Talk about misreading the consumer, when people see ads they also expect things to be free or severely cheaper. That’s what ads means. I don’t see this going well for Netflix.
You kinda suggesting that soon Netflix will end those benefits you know. These services aren't dumb when they reach a certain level of revenue stream they can easily afford to get rid of free trials, phone linked video deals, and so on.720P in 2022. Haha. It's a major online application, which can be accessed on basically every Apple product. It's also a competitor to AppleTV.Why is this posted on macrumors?! Your guys are desperate for click![]()
I must be incredibly stupid, but I just can't figure out the point of this statement. Can someone help me with this? What does it accomplish?Netflix announces that they intend to go **** themselves
Easy: the author simply believes Netflix's strategy is stupid.I must be incredibly stupid, but I just can't figure out the point of this statement. Can someone help me with this? What does it accomplish?
Doesn't matter if it's HBO, Netflix, Amazon, Disney, and many other paid sVoD services, are not going to allow a non-subscriber to watch their premium original content free with ads.Not worth it. If they are going to show ads, then the service should be FREE (they are making money off the advertisement). If I am going to watch TV (which is rare), I'll just use the Plex.TV service (https://www.plex.tv/) which offers free TV shows and movies. Besides, Netflix doesn't have anything to offer that sparks my interest.
You never had cable tv or satellite tv in your life?No way I'm ever paying and also watching ads. On any platform.
Not even close to accurateToo bad 98% of it is trash.
A decade ago Netflix Original's were for the most part high quality content shows. Now they have like 4 original content shows worth watching.
Not much good content though, a lot of junk thereI'll just use the Plex.TV service (https://www.plex.tv/) which offers free TV shows and movies.
You're right, my apologies: 3 original content shows worth watching. Not even close to accurate

Well you are on Macrumors. It’s like a town centre for whiners.Options are good, I find it weird people are complaining about this. Well I guess I should expect it
Not gonna happen, you will need to be content watching whatever it is you are watching in your profile pic instead I guess.Netflix Basic: 1 device, 1080p, ad supported - $3.
Then I'll begin to consider.
