In Contacts - Groups, I have "All on My iPhone". So whassat then? Nothing in it, so I'm guessing maybe contacts on the SIM?

In mine, is all of my contacts, then under that, i have groups i created in address book. Also, i have an option to search global address book contacts on my office's exchange server.

I don't have the beta 3.0 I am running 2.2.1 or whatever. I saw someone post a message saying after they updated they got the plug in to itunes notice.

My question is, has anyone had this happen to them with 2.x? Sometimes in the morning, I"ll leave for work, grab my phone and turn it on in the car. Sometimes, after the phone boots up I get the connect to itunes screen, and then I'm all like shi.... well, I turn it off then back on again I get a message saying it's activated then it works fine, no need to plug it into itunes.

Anyone else ever had this happen to them? I think it's happened to me a total of 3 times since I've had this phone.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Do you know what this icon is? It appeared after doing a restore to beta 2.

When i click the record button in the voice recorder it makes the take a picture sound, then u hit play and it makes a typing sound.

Anyone else notice that the voice recorder app doesnt pick up audio that well? I couldnt imagine using it for a lecture...

I'd imagine thats the reason

I read you got MMS to work. I can't get it to send to any cell, ATT, Verizon. Someone mentioned they can get MMS to work on their 8 GB but not 16 GB iPhone (which would be odd), I can't get it to go on my 16 GB either. Any ideas? Thanks!

I didnt do anything special. I restored my phone to the new beta 2 software.. i have a black 8 gb. I tried to send when i saw someone else say it worked and it worked for me too, then i had the person send me one and it worked as well..

Does urs still hang at the end, or does it actually go through but the person doesnt get the message?

What text messaging plan do you have?

2G Touch- This new build ROCKS!!!!!!

If anyone has any changes for the 2G iPOD TOUCH in the firmware other than these those I have listed, please post them here. Overall it is more stable, has better Bluetooth support, and media plays back flawlessly.

It hangs at the end, after which it appears with an ! in read stating it couldn't go trough. I tried again a few times, no luck.

I have the 1500 a month plan.

How are you guys sending MMS? I don't even have the little icon in messages to insert an image.

That's what happened to me with the first beta, now with beta 2 it hangs at the end for a second, and then goes through.

I want my friend to try and send me a video msg, will let you know if it works.
