That’s true, because apple layers something on top of Qi. Which is what the pad will also do.

And how do we know this for certain?

If the pad won't charge the Apple Watch it will be a huge blow. I don't really care if it can charge only two instead of three devices as once. But it will have to be capable of charging all my Apple devices (besides my MacBook Pro) otherwise it's functionality and practicality is greatly reduced.

I showed you a tweet from the guy who extracted the source code. It’s supported. Stop worrying about nonsense.

Wow people are easy to manipulate. Apple is not going to release a product today, maybe tomorrow or even next week. This is Apple marketing genius right here. They knew that by day 3 everyone will be expecting a product Thursday so they will hold it another day or over the weekend to have people drool over it.

Last summer they did the same with the new MBPs. We expected them to release it on a specific date and when we almost gave up the hope they suddenly released it two or three days later.

Ha, add $30 to each of those estimates. The current Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Dock is $79, and that is just the end of an Apple Watch cable on a hinge attached to a paper weight.

Important thing is what speeds it will run when you put the iPhone on

If it can't charge your phone in under two hours then charging £200 will be stupid. At least give it fast charging speeds

aha~~~~~, then let me fix the price list again:

$ 99 / 129 / 169: 5W charger
$ 129 / 159 / 199: quick charger
