I slept with some fat chicks from Apple. They promised to tell me about the MacBooks. But they never did.
Out of curiosity, do people trip this much for every update to laptops or is this a special occasion where everyone is nearly pooping their pants for the new macbook? Also, how accurate have rumors about updates to laptops been in the past of macrumors?

Much maybe to strong a word. On paper perhaps in reality its benches are rock bottom. An ATi 2400XT slams it. One cheap graphics the other cheapo graphics. Integrated is crippling at least in the current form, perhaps 10 years from now they will be worth a ......That's why I used the term "slick"

Since christmas has lost it´s appeal after discovering st.claus aint real, this is can act as a subsitute.
lol yea my gf doesnt kno that much about computers, but since meeting me she has become quite a nerd. the sad thing is she wants to learn about computers!!! is that committment or what??
so yup she will have a nice new MB when they come out, i wonder if they will follow the iMac colours?? black around the edges and silver on the other parts.

One of the best things about the new macbook when it gets here... is mine will be free! I bought the Black 2.0 Core Duo back in May 06 with glorious applecare. My macbook has been hissing lately, along with other griefs over the year and a bit... apple has authorized a replacement for me! They told me I can wait a while if I'd like to get the new line, which I suggested would be coming out right away. Tuesday cannot come soon enough!
